About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Manager Intern to join our commercial team at Experconnect. As an Account Manager Intern, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze client requirements and identify opportunities to provide value-added services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and experts.
  • Source, qualify, and onboard new experts to expand our network of skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with our sales processes and quality approach (ISO9001).
  • Update our CRM system and other tools to track client relationships and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Strong interest in the industrial sector and technical subjects, with a good understanding of how industrial companies operate.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, rigor, and organization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, dynamic, and professional team.
  • Capacity to work in a dynamic environment with established processes.
Education and Experience
  • Degree in engineering, Master's degree in a technical or scientific field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Hubspot).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
