Job Description

Job Title: Area Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team in the South West region of France. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving commercial goals in the region by developing solid relationships with dealers, improving dealer performance, building the brand, and developing the tools and services needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Funnel management KPIs of the assigned dealer network and create actionable improvement plans.
  • Commercial and funnel management metrics, including lead to test drive and test drive to order conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Solid working experience as a Sales Manager or Retail Manager.
  • Solid financial knowledge.
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
  • Resilient, agile, and open-minded.
  • Excellent English and French language skills (Mandarin Chinese would be a plus but not mandatory).
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.
