SINGULART is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all post-sale communication with clients to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
- Stay up-to-date on all post-sale tasks and proactively reach out to clients with regular updates to accompany them throughout the process
- Apply the right tone of voice in each situation to respond to client emotions with empathy and professionalism
- Work closely with Sales and Logistics teams to anticipate issues and create a seamless experience for clients
- Fluency in English and Italian is expected, with additional language(s) such as Spanish and/or French being a strong plus
- Strong customer relations skills and a professional communication style
- Ability to adapt to change and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Team spirit and a strong interest in the Art/Luxury sectors
- Familiarity with IT tools, with experience with CRM software (HubSpot) being a plus
SINGULART is an online art gallery dedicated to helping artists brave the international barriers of the art market. We are a team of enthusiasts who want every person to have an artful life and bring art into every home.
