About the Role

The Commercial Manager will be the primary commercial contact for a list of clients and prospects, typically classified as 'Large Enterprises'. This role is responsible for developing sales of design, build, and run services, as well as NXO offers, while ensuring the best balance between market competitiveness and profitability for NXO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business with existing clients and acquire new clients by promoting NXO's offer and adhering to the company's management system, including regular reviews and delegations.
  • Meet commercial objectives set by management by proposing action plans and implementing targeted prospecting, presentation, and negotiation of offers.
  • Ensure the existence of a perimeter for the services proposed and sold to clients, allowing for the realization of services and billing in the best possible conditions.
  • Provide accurate information and documents to enable the registration of client order files.
  • Continuously record commercial activity with clients in the company's tools: tasks, meetings, activities, campaigns, opportunities, and account plans.
  • Resolve client disputes of commercial origin.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher and significant experience in the field.

Strong relational and communication skills, with a strong focus on results, are essential.
