The Senior Commercial Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the commercial success of our product offerings at SharkNinja. This position is dedicated to ensuring that our consumers receive top-notch, innovative products that simplify their lives.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Performance Optimization: You will be tasked with driving and refining the commercial performance of a diverse product portfolio. This involves a thorough analysis of market trends, sales metrics, and customer behavior.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to monitor category performance at the account level. Your insights will guide strategic decisions regarding sales and marketing initiatives.
Promotional Strategy Development: Formulate and manage both long-term and short-term promotional strategies aimed at boosting category sales and profitability. You will assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to make necessary adjustments.
Collaboration and AlignmentWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive execution of category strategies.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or category management.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
