About the RoleAs a Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of all operations in France, partnering with the France Leadership Team, and implementing compliance and global legal corporate policies for the Ice Cream Business. You will also advise on key legal risks for the Ice Cream Business and provide a strategy and plan.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance of all operations in France through effective business partnering to the France Leadership Team.
- Partner with the France Leadership team and support transformational projects.
- Implement and roll out compliance and global legal corporate policies for the Ice Cream Business.
- Advising on key legal risks for the Ice Cream Business and provide a strategy and plan.
- Advising on sales and route to market topics and projects.
- Manage any Ice Cream related litigation.
- Provide legal support for the Customer Service, Logistics, Finance teams.
- Senior lawyer (+15 years' experience/PQE)
- Experienced in corporate law, commercial & sales contracts, legal marketing activities, competition law.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
