About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Partnerships team as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our partner ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner program strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including salesforce, hubspot, and aws.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and maximize business outcomes.
  • Define and drive the partnerships operations roadmap, including business steering, new processes, and operating models.
Your Profile and Competencies:
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting or software/saas partnerships.
  • Strong leadership skills and project management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in cross-functional, international collaboration and sales processes, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
