Strategic Business Developer for Advertising Partnerships

About the Role:
The Uber Advertising team is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Ads Client Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners in France, driving the adoption of our advertising solutions across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with our Ads Account Managers to deliver on our partners’ marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with account managers to develop and execute advertising partnership strategies that meet our partners’ marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals
- Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships and difficult partner conversations
- Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure we are delivering on partner needs
- Expand advertising product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings
- Clearly communicate the value of our advertising products with a focus on creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners
- Be ready to wear multiple hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when needed
- Be the voice of the customer to inform future Ads product roadmaps
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise/Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
- Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
- Creative storyteller with the ability to utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality
- Full proficiency in French and English mandatory
