Your Role: As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Advocacy: Act as a representative of Kraken, demonstrating the advantages of our operational model and fostering best practices that positively impact both the organization and its workforce.
- Talent Acquisition: Contribute to the client recruitment process by planning and executing strategies that promote diversity and reduce biases.
- Coaching & Development: Mentor senior client leaders and team members, providing tailored advice to elevate their customer service standards.
- Leadership Initiatives: Participate in leadership development programs focused on effective management, assertive communication, and principled decision-making.
