Your Role: As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client implementation programs that drive transformative results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Advocacy: Act as a champion for our clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of our operational model and guiding them towards best practices that positively impact their organizations.
  • Recruitment Transformation: Participate in the planning and execution of client recruitment processes, ensuring diversity and reducing biases.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide tailored coaching to senior client leaders and team members, enhancing their customer service capabilities.
  • Leadership Development: Engage in leadership programs focusing on influential management, assertive communication, and principled decision-making.
  • Facilitating Change: Establish clear agreements for transitioning clients to the next phase, fostering trust and encouraging both clients and internal teams to embrace transformation.

Qualifications: We seek individuals who are passionate about client success and sustainability. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A strong background in the utilities sector or operational transformation programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of building trust and relationships with clients.
  • Experience in implementing processes and training programs.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding client challenges.
