Your Role: As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement and leading transformative initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Advocacy: Act as a champion for our clients, demonstrating the value of our operational model and guiding them towards best practices that positively impact their organizations.
- Recruitment Strategy: Contribute to the client recruitment process by planning and executing strategies that promote diversity and reduce biases.
- Coaching & Development: Mentor senior client leaders and team members, providing tailored advice to elevate their customer service standards.
- Leadership Training: Participate in leadership development programs focused on influential management and effective communication.
- Transformation Leadership: Establish clear agreements for transitioning clients to the next phase, fostering trust and collaboration to drive successful outcomes.

- A strong background in the utilities sector, with experience in operational transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- A proven track record of building relationships and trust with clients, effectively promoting the benefits of our solutions.
- Experience in implementing processes and training programs.
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong interpersonal skills to empathize with client challenges.
