- Keep the front office area organized and presentable.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance guest services.
- Report any operational issues to management for timely resolution.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
- Project a professional and approachable demeanor to all customers.
- Assist in other hotel operations as required.
- Engage in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
A degree in Hotel Management or at least one year of experience in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
