Financial Business Partner (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Finance Business Partner for the Customer Success organization,
  • Engage in the creation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and materials for management and board presentations,
  • Oversee budget preparation and conduct actual vs. budget analysis,
  • Generate month-end and quarter-end financial reports,
  • Collaborate with FP&A Finance Partners to provide concise, timely, and accurate forecast inputs and actuals analysis,
  • Develop rolling forecasts and manage the long-term financial model,
  • Assist in managing monthly commission plan calculations for sales and customer success teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English,
  • 7-10 years of experience in FP&A within a high-tech, fast-paced environment, preferably in a subscription revenue model such as SaaS,
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred),
  • Proven experience in supporting and partnering with senior management,
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal,
  • Ability to analyze details and derive actionable outcomes,
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budgeting and strategic planning,
  • Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles,
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments,
  • Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite) and billing systems,
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
