Position Overview:

Contentsquare is a leading global digital analytics firm dedicated to enhancing online experiences for users worldwide. As we continue to expand our international presence, we are seeking a Financial Business Partner (m/f/d) to play a crucial role within our finance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Finance Business Partner for the Customer Success division,
  • Engage in the development of financial documentation, including reports, budgets, forecasts, and materials for management and board meetings,
  • Oversee budget preparation and conduct actual versus budget analyses,
  • Compile month-end and quarter-end financial summaries,
  • Collaborate with FP&A Finance Partners to provide precise and timely forecast inputs and actuals analysis,
  • Develop rolling forecasts and manage long-term financial modeling,
  • Assist in the administration of monthly commission plan calculations for sales and customer success teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English,
  • 7-10 years of experience in FP&A within a high-tech, fast-paced environment, ideally in a subscription-based revenue model such as SaaS,
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA preferred),
  • Experience in supporting and collaborating with senior management,
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Adept at detailed analysis and generating actionable insights,
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocation,
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles,
  • Organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments,
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite), revenue management, and CRM systems,
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
