Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximize call potential and outcomes by utilizing various sources to gather customer information.
  2. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
  3. Engage in conversations with customers to understand their business requirements and offer recommendations to enhance the value proposition.
  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets for aligned customers and segments.
  5. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement.
  6. Provide product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers.
  7. Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound calls.
  8. Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
  9. Identify project opportunities and engage with BDM/ISS for specific product/vendor knowledge.
  10. Manage customer backorders and provide accurate and timely quotations.
  11. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.
Requirements
  1. 1-2 years of experience in sales or equivalent educational background.
  2. A knowledge of product set is desirable but not essential.
  3. Numerate with good attention to detail.
  4. Excellent telephone manner.
  5. Priority management and planning skills.
  6. Strive to achieve set targets.
  7. Understands sales process.
  8. Effective communication skills.
  9. Good relationship building.
  10. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  11. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
