A Consulting Manager at Amaris embodies the essence of an intrapreneur. Each manager has the potential to influence the growth of Amaris Consulting and emerge as a future leader. We are in search of aspiring Directors who are eager to carve their own career trajectories and showcase their managerial talents. While it may be challenging to encapsulate the role of an intrapreneur at Amaris, it fundamentally revolves around three core areas: Business DevelopmentThe objective is to gradually identify your own clientele through market research to pinpoint potential clients, reaching out via cold calls, and arranging meetings to explore projects where we can lend our expertise. Team Recruitment and Management
As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for assembling your own team (attracting and selecting top talents with the necessary skills and expertise), and supporting their growth and skill enhancement. You will oversee project follow-ups and ensure the satisfaction of your consultants. Business Unit Management
You will be accountable for the well-being of your business unit, and like in any organization, your goal is to manage this responsibly and steer the operations effectively. You will analyze your Profit & Loss statements to identify potential business challenges and develop appropriate action plans to optimize Revenue & Contribution Margin. Your aim is to manage the daily operations of your unit and provide optimal working conditions for your team. - Hold a master's degree in Business or Engineering

The compensation package consists of a fixed and a variable component, directly tied to your performance and significantly rewarding success. Initial Call: Our process typically commences with a brief virtual or phone conversation to understand you better. The aim? To learn about your motivations and ensure we have the right position for you. Interviews: The average number of interviews is three, though this may vary based on the required level of seniority for the role. During these interviews, you will meet various team members, including your line manager and others relevant to your prospective role. We will discuss your experience and skills in depth, as well as the expectations for the position. You will also gain insights into Amaris: our culture, values, teams, and career opportunities. Case Study: Depending on the role, we may request you to complete a test, which could involve a role play, technical assessment, or problem-solving scenario.
