As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Co2ai, you will play a critical role in driving Enterprise sales in the North American market. Your mission will be to contribute to our pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying leads through various prospecting methods, managing the sales process from end-to-end, and nurturing relationships with your accounts to secure renewal and identify upsell opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Contribute to pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying leads through direct contact, events, and other prospecting methods.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signature, typically a 3-9 month process.
  • Nurture relationships with accounts to secure renewal and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Be accountable for data quality in our CRM, leveraging it to monitor key KPIs and define strategies to improve with the sales team.
  • Identify, structure, and summarize feedback from field experience to internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation and influencing product roadmap definition.
What You Bring
  • At least 10+ years of sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a "Startup" environment, with a strong background in Software Sales at the B2B Enterprise level.
  • Ability to map complex organizations to identify key stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in a farmer-hunter role, with a deep interest in Sustainability.
Where You'll Be Based

Role based in central Paris (France), with a flexible remote-work policy.

Your Team

Within the Sales team, you will report directly to our VP Sales and work alongside other Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers, as well as Marketing and Customer Success teams.
