Your role:
As a committed Strategic Account Executive, your role is vital to the ongoing success of Clarios in the automotive aftermarket sector. Your dedication to meeting operational goals and executing key responsibilities is essential for our overall growth and success.
Primary Duties:
Manage customer relationships across all management tiers and relevant functions. Create and execute account strategies with clients to deliver value and achieve business outcomes. Provide monthly sales forecasts, assess risks and opportunities, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives. Ensure coordination and alignment of all customer-specific activities with internal teams across all operational regions. Formulate and implement strategies to meet and surpass financial objectives. Gain comprehensive insights into the markets your clients operate in and identify key players. Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management within your client organizations. Proactively identify and address challenges to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Work collaboratively with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to achieve corporate objectives. Focus on 80% aftermarket business in Africa and 20% in France.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus. Proven experience in sales management or a similar position, particularly within the Automotive Aftermarket in Africa is essential. Ability to lead and inspire a team of functional reports (if applicable), promoting a collaborative work culture. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex situations. Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred. Proficiency in both French and English. Demonstrated ownership and commitment to achieving sales targets. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Valuing teamwork and collaboration. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. Open to innovation and new technologies. Willingness to travel within EMEA (primarily France and Africa) up to 35% of the time.Employee Benefits:
