Your role:

As a dedicated Strategic Account Executive, you will be pivotal in enhancing Clarios' presence in the automotive aftermarket sector. Your dedication to achieving key objectives and executing essential tasks is vital for our sustained growth and success.

Core responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships across all management tiers and relevant departments. Formulate and execute account strategies with clients to deliver value and achieve business outcomes. Provide monthly sales forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, monitor performance, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing initiatives. Ensure seamless coordination of customer-specific activities with internal teams across all operational regions. Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass financial objectives. Gain comprehensive insights into the markets relevant to your clients and their key players. Build and maintain robust relationships with all levels of management within client organizations. Proactively address challenges to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Work collaboratively with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and marketing, to achieve company goals. Focus on 80% aftermarket business in Africa and 20% in France.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus. Proven experience in sales management or a comparable role, particularly within the Automotive Aftermarket in Africa. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative environment. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex situations; basic knowledge of SAP is beneficial. Proficiency in both French and English. Demonstrated commitment to achieving sales targets and objectives. Results-driven and proactive mindset. Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. Customer-focused with a strong relationship-building approach. Open to innovation and adopting new technologies. Willingness to travel within EMEA, primarily to France and Africa, up to 35% of the time.
