Assistant(e) Innovation Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant(e) Innovation Project Manager. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for helping us develop and implement sustainable and innovative solutions for our footwear and bags.
Key Responsibilities:
- Get Creative: Collaborate with our innovation team to develop new product ideas and concepts that align with our sustainability goals.
- Go Responsible: Manage product and sustainability data to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Stay Ahead: Analyze competitors, trends, and new opportunities in the Footwear & Bags industry to inform our innovation strategy.
- Know the Crowd: Conduct and analyze consumer tests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Document It: Prepare briefs on consumer profiles, needs, product history, new practices, and communities.
- Spread the Word: Assist with presentations and internal communications to share our innovation story.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects assigned by company management, including event organization.
- Get Out There: Potential travel to trades shows and events to represent our brand.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master's in Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
- Soft Skills: Organized, independent, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for running and outdoor sports.
- Bonus Points: Experience in content creation (photo, video) is a plus.
