Assistant Innovation Project Manager

As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by contributing to various projects that foster creativity and sustainability. You will work closely with our Innovation Project Managers to assist in the innovation and product creation process for footwear and bags, across various product categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Innovation & Product Creation: Collaborate with our Innovation Project Managers to develop innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Sustainability Data Management: Ensure that product and sustainability data is managed in compliance with new environmental laws.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, trends, and innovation opportunities within the Footwear & Bags business unit to inform our product creation process and strategy.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct and analyze consumer concept tests to inform relevant Innovation projects.
- Documentation: Prepare briefs on consumer profiles, needs, product history, new practices, and communities.
- Communication: Contribute to presentations and internal communications.
- Special Projects: Participate in projects assigned by company management, including event organization.
- Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Organized, independent, rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion for running and outdoor sports.
