Are you passionate about cutting-edge technologies and sustainability? Do you have a strong analytical mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Assistant(e) Innovation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the innovation and product creation process for our footwear and bags.
  • Manage product and sustainability data to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Analyze competitors, trends, and new opportunities in the Footwear & Bags industry.
  • Conduct and analyze consumer tests to inform product development.
  • Prepare briefs on consumer profiles, needs, product history, and new practices.
  • Support internal communications and presentations.
  • Participate in special projects assigned by company management.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for running and outdoor sports.
