Join Our Team as an Assistant Innovation Project Manager

At Salomon, we're passionate about innovation and product creation. As our next Assistant Innovation Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You'll work closely with our Innovation Project Managers and contribute to various projects that shape our product strategy.

Innovation & Product Creation

Assist in the innovation and product creation process for footwear and bags, across various product categories from Road Running to Trail Running and Hiking. Develop and implement new ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life.

Sustainability Data Management

Manage product and sustainability data in compliance with new environmental laws. Analyze and interpret data to inform product creation and sustainability initiatives.

Market Analysis

Analyze competitors, trends, and innovation opportunities within the Footwear & Bags business unit. Provide insights to inform product creation and Salomon's product strategy.

Consumer Insights

Conduct and analyze consumer concept tests (focus groups, market studies) to inform relevant Innovation projects. Contribute to product tests, when relevant.

Documentation & Special Projects

Participate in projects assigned by company management, including event organization, alongside other interns. Develop and maintain documentation to ensure project success.

Requirements
  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in content creation (photo, video) is a plus.
