Join Our Team as an Innovation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Innovation Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and sustainability initiatives across our footwear and bags product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative product concepts and strategies to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of innovation projects.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform product development and sustainability decisions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present project updates and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Sustainability, R&D, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in content creation (photo, video) is a plus.
