Your Mission

Your project is a French online travel agency with a customer-oriented policy, providing the best meets and expectations of enthusiastic travelers. Your mission is to create enthusiasm around our clients' services and solve emerging issues with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage reservations in a back-office capacity, including ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation.
  2. Assist customers in the after-sales process, answering inquiries and managing potential requests.
  3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a positive, polite, and diplomatic way.
  5. Handle inquiries and provide timely responses according to the company's policy.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction meets company needs.
Requirements
  1. Native or proficient in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
  2. Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
  3. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
  4. Ability to identify customer needs and propose fast solutions.
  5. Desire to develop personal qualities within a professional environment.
  6. Alignment with our values of recognition, integrity, unity, commitment, and a willingness to create a positive experience.
