Are you dedicated to fostering a supportive employee environment and driving transformation in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization? We are seeking skilled professionals to enhance our Builder Experience Team at AWS.
As an HR Business Partner, you will engage with organizational leaders and various HR divisions to craft and execute initiatives that improve the overall Builder experience. Your role will be vital in assisting our Builders and their management by offering HR knowledge and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation, coaching, and development to leadership with empathy and sound judgment
- Encourage an inclusive atmosphere for all Builders
- Champion Builders' needs to ensure they feel appreciated and involved
- Navigate through uncertainty and manage escalations with high discernment
- Facilitate technology adoption and promote self-service options
- Collaborate and influence across various organizational levels
- Conduct workplace investigations in partnership with Builder Relations
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to excel in a high-pressure setting
- Intellectual curiosity and understanding of business dynamics
- Experience with Works Council
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a matrixed organizational structure
- Skills in project management and execution
- Expertise in coaching and consulting
