Drive Growth in Western Europe's Energy Sector
Siemens Energy seeks a highly motivated and experienced Steam Turbine & Generator Project Development Manager to join our dynamic team in France. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market share by identifying, developing, and securing complex modification and upgrade projects for our valued customers across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Your Impact:
- Lead the entire project development lifecycle, from initial customer engagement to successful handover to the execution team.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams, product line experts, and internal stakeholders to develop winning proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential opportunities and assess project viability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Siemens Energy.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales process, leveraging your deep understanding of steam turbine and generator technology.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in technical sales within the energy sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A combination of business and engineering expertise is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of rotating equipment, particularly steam turbines and generators.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
