Job Description:

In this role, reporting to the Client Director, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in the profitability, management, and expansion of a portfolio of professional clients.

  • You will identify prospective clients and expand the network of clients and prescribers.
  • Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients within the defined target market and engaging with these prospects.
  • You will manage and enhance a targeted portfolio of clients.
  • Your role will involve assessing the situation of professional clients and their needs, balancing the interests of clients with those of the bank.
  • You will formalize client relationships, ensuring adherence to risk management and compliance regulations.
  • You will execute the commercial action plan to meet established objectives.
  • You will establish quality monitoring metrics and provide tailored follow-up to maintain the commercial relationship.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in banking or commercial studies.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
  • A drive to exceed performance goals.
  • Ability to share expertise in a structured manner, demonstrating commercial dynamism and communication skills to effectively present and advocate for products or services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.
