Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive to join our team as an Enterprise Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Enterprise sales in the North American market, supporting the scale-up of our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to pipeline generation by identifying and qualifying leads through various prospecting methods
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signature, typically 3 to 9 months
  • Nurture relationships with accounts to secure renewal and identify upsell opportunities
  • Be accountable for data quality in our CRM (HubSpot) and leverage it to monitor key KPIs
  • Identify, structure, and summarize feedback from field experience to internal teams
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in a "Startup" environment (not only in medium or large organizations)
  • Comfortable mapping complex organizations to identify key stakeholders to reach out to and influence
  • Ability to be both a farmer and a hunter, with a deep interest in Sustainability
