Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Sales Supervisor to join our team at Pullman Adelaide. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will be responsible for supporting the reservations team in the end-to-end process of FIT and Groups Bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the reservations team in the processing of FIT and Groups Bookings
- Ensure that guests receive the best possible pre-arrival experience
- Identify peak moments that can be set up for the broader team to deliver
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the reservations team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve reservations processes and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Working experience in a similar role (front office/reservations within premium segment in hotels)
- Experience in supervising diverse teams
- Proven record of accurate reporting, while working within time constraints
- Ability to work full time (mostly Monday - Friday, however some weekend work may be required from time to time)
- Excellent understanding of reservations processes
- Ability to think creatively and be a proactive self-starter
- Knowledge of the Adelaide market is advantageous
- Experience working with Opera and Resaweb is preferred
