Accor is seeking a talented professional to join our E-Commerce & Customer Engagement department as a Global E-Retail Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in deploying our global e-retail strategy and driving revenue growth across our 9 e-stores, with additional 2 to be launched in 2024.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing and animation strategies to drive sales revenue and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with brands marketing teams, business units CRM teams, Loyalty, E-commerce & Customer Engagement teams, and third-party operating the online distribution and logistics platform.
- Monitor performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize e-retail operations.
- Conduct pricing and competitiveness analysis to ensure optimal pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement e-commerce best practices on our e-stores to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage marketing budget and agencies relationships to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Perform marketing campaign performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support the development of retail media activities and data monetization strategies.
- First experience in marketing campaigns management, preferably in bedding, linens, decoration, furniture, cosmetics, or luxury universes.
- Higher education degree in Digital and/or Marketing/Commerce from a business school or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital topics, with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
