Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Protein business team at JBT Corporation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing our customers 24/7, including assembly, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and supporting new projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide site support using your Electrical & Mechanical skills.
- Manage installations, provide service and visit reports, and technical support for our machinery; advise our customers on maintenance, spare-parts, and upgrades.
- Identify any trends with machinery and share this with your manager.
- Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and the cleaning of the machinery.
- Work with our aftermarket team to implement aftermarket activities.
- Identify any possible additional machinery and/or service that we could provide our customer - sharing this with our sales team so they can act fast.
- We require 5 years' experience in machine servicing (we will of course consider candidates with less than this).
- BTS maintenance industrielle would be a great qualification to have.
- Knowledge of the food industry equipment (freezers, fryers, ovens, processing lines) a bonus.
- PLC knowledge of either Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, MOVEX for troubleshooting, SalesForce and Word/Excel.
- Flexibility to travel and for you to work flexible hours – you will work a minimum of 24 weekends a year which include Sat/Sun.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both French and English required. (Fluent French please only for this role).
