Job Opportunity: OEM Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled OEM Key Account Manager to join our team at Valeo. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving account development and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive account development and growth, aligning with Valeo's business objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensuring that their needs are met, and that they receive the best possible service.
  • Business Acquisition: Lead negotiations and create compelling offers for acquisitions, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Commercial Objectives: Achieve set commercial objectives from RFQ to EOP, including growth and profitability, through effective sales strategy execution.
  • Budget Preparation: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that sales targets are met, and that financial reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Market Share Development: Propose regional sales strategies to expand market share, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in key account management within the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales strategy and execution, negotiation and relationship-building skills, ability to achieve commercial objectives and profitability, and experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Language: Fluency in English, German, and/or French.
