Your Mission

The Senior Sales Executive for Enterprise Solutions will engage with premier Enterprise clients across France.

This role is a senior-level position, interfacing with C-Suite executives at our most significant industry accounts.

Our sales team comprises seasoned, entrepreneurial, and energetic software sales professionals who interact daily with C-level executives and business leaders, including heads of process improvement and automation, to deliver substantial business and individual value to client organizations.

This position is ideally based in Paris, with the flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do at UiPath

Align with our core company values: Bold, Humble, Immersed, and Fast Meet established sales objectives and outcomes within the quarterly timeline Enhance UiPath's brand presence in the market by showcasing, advocating, and selling UiPath solutions through a value-driven sales approach Inform clients on how UiPath solutions can provide them with financial and professional advantages Build, nurture, and sustain positive business and customer relationships within the designated territory Cultivate trusted partnerships with local collaborators and global systems integrators to create new opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations Work closely with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to guarantee clients receive maximum value throughout their engagement Keep abreast of industry competitors, emerging products, and market trends to understand specific customer needs What you'll bring to the team

Several years of experience in solution/value selling SaaS directly with C-level executives for top Enterprise Accounts in various industry sectors Proven track record of achieving sales quotas year over year, expanding an enterprise client portfolio through both new business acquisition and account growth Strong capability for cross-functional collaboration and influence both internally and externally Skill in navigating client organizations and establishing key contacts across multiple departments and leadership levels Data-driven approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accurate forecasting Proficiency in both French and English
