Technical Account Manager
Position Overview:
- Partner with Customer Success teams to identify client requirements and obstacles
- Act as a reliable consultant to key clients on technical matters
- Provide valuable coaching, insights, and technical advice
- Execute assessments and training sessions for clients on Pigment functionalities
- Collaborate closely with Product & R&D teams to improve the platform
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Proficient in EPM modeling and data analysis
- Bilingual in English & French
- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
