Position Title:
Technical Account Manager


Position Overview:

  • Partner with Customer Success teams to identify client requirements and obstacles
  • Act as a reliable consultant to key clients on technical matters
  • Provide valuable coaching, insights, and technical advice
  • Execute assessments and training sessions for clients on Pigment functionalities
  • Collaborate closely with Product & R&D teams to improve the platform

Qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
  • Proficient in EPM modeling and data analysis
  • Bilingual in English & French
  • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
