We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager - Gaming to join our team at TikTok. As a key member of our Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing and growing post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes.
- Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
- Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance, and performance products.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Monitor and analyze ad campaigns on a daily basis to proactively take initiative to improve results.
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Focus on solution expertise growth within the organization.
- Assist with asset & data collection for various business needs such as Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including but not limited to Product team, Marketing team, Engineering team, Ad policy team, Creative team, and Ad operation team.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development.
- Work closely with the creative team to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support including creative insights and strategies.
- Cooperate with the ad policy team to ensure the clients and CSM team are kept up to date on any policy changes and receive all necessary support.
- Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution, and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate.
- Cooperate with the Organic team to help clients improve their organic presence on a platform that complements their advertising strategy.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of media buying/user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing.
- Deep understanding & experience of the Gaming ecosystem.
- Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel; SQL is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Opportunity-oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
