Job Overview

Within the Supply Chain Department, you will support a Manufacturing Planning & Products Development Manager.

Your role will involve coordinating the following activities:

  • Creating communication materials to support the launch of Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Community Development, Press Relations, and our Suppliers.
  • Planning the production of video games for all retail releases.
  • Managing the distribution of digital and retail keys for the EMEA region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and managing the requirements for communication materials (promotional items, textiles, point-of-sale displays, packaging, collector components, influencer packs, corporate giveaways).
  • Assisting in the development of specifications with internal clients and initiating requests for proposals.
  • Selecting the most suitable suppliers:
    • Evaluating and comparing supplier offers.
    • Negotiating optimal purchasing conditions with our suppliers.
    • Ensuring the final quality and the promised delivery date.
  • Developing production and delivery schedules while considering internal and external constraints (suppliers, internal stakeholders).
  • Integrating projects into our ERP system (creating references, managing flows, etc.).
  • Ensuring accurate valuation of the products under your responsibility.
  • Monitoring the production process of our products (creating production schedules, sending graphic elements, validating prototypes, coordinating information flows between suppliers and internal clients, collaborating with our logistics department).
  • Regularly maintaining production schedules in our dedicated tool.
  • Participating in the evaluation of our suppliers based on price, quality, delivery time, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Sharing best practices with department members and assisting in optimizing our tools and documenting our processes.
  • Contributing to the implementation of responsible purchasing policies, conducting research for suppliers, and exploring new materials/technologies.
  • Ordering keys for retail and digital releases using our internal tools.

Qualifications

  • As a student, you combine organizational skills with a strong sense of rigor and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • You are autonomous, dynamic, and enjoy teamwork.
  • You can manage priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and demonstrate creativity.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
