Position Overview:
Carrier HVAC stands as a global frontrunner in the realm of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. Our commitment lies in delivering innovative products and services that ensure optimal comfort and efficiency for our clientele. As we broaden our Service and Aftermarket offerings across Europe, we are in search of a seasoned, motivated, and dynamic Marketing Service Manager to spearhead the growth of our BluEdge Service Agreements and digital initiatives. In this pivotal role within our Marketing Service team, you will significantly influence the expansion of our service agreements and harness digital solutions to enhance our market presence and customer loyalty.
This position reports directly to the EMEA Service Marketing Director, necessitating close collaboration with European Service teams and various support organizations within a complex international framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote and support our BluEdge Service Agreements and digital offerings throughout Europe.
- Encourage the adoption of digital solutions to elevate customer engagement.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competition, addressing customer challenges to make informed decisions and provide strategic insights for the enhancement of our BluEdge Service Agreements and digital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Service Sales teams, communication experts, market intelligence, and digital specialists to establish optimal go-to-market strategies and deliver impactful value propositions.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with service and applied sales teams across Europe to devise effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Gather and analyze sales data to refine campaigns and report on Service Agreement performance to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of the HVAC industry and market dynamics, with proven experience in Service Sales, Business Development, or Marketing, ideally within the HVAC or related sectors.
- Exceptional leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to navigate effectively within a complex international matrixed environment.
- Solid technical understanding of HVAC equipment, along with knowledge of European HVAC market trends and regulations.
- Strong consultation and customer interaction skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences while building compelling business cases.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
