Domain Lead SAP Sales: Strategic Business Process Alignment

Position: Lead Sales Domain
Celine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domain Lead SAP Sales to join our team. As part of the IS&T PROGRAM DIRECTOR, this role is responsible for ensuring the alignment of target business processes with the strategic objectives of the program and overseeing their implementation.
- Define technical and functional requirements for the implementation of the Sales domain within the SAP program in an international context, taking into account the company's global operations and diverse customer base.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Sales Distribution, Sales Integration solutions, and the CAR module of SAP, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Ensure the successful configuration and implementation of Sales processes, including Retail, omni-channel, Wholesale, and global stock processes throughout the SAP integration project, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with business users to understand their needs and processes related to the domain, fostering a collaborative environment and driving business outcomes.
- Supervise data integration between systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and contributing to the development of reports and dashboards using SAP and Power BI.
- Contribute to project documentation and collaborate on data integration and testing strategy, ensuring a high-quality deliverable.
- Participate in the development of reports and dashboards using SAP and Power BI, providing business insights and driving data-driven decision making.
- Ensure data quality and participate in data migration to SAP, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist in user training on new SAP features, ensuring a seamless adoption and maximizing user productivity.
- Coordinate all stakeholders in the Sales Integration Stream of the program, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of relevant SAP modules, with experience in ecommerce and omni-channel sales.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a SAP Sales domain manager, with a proven track record of driving business growth and efficiency.
- Experience in project management and team management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business processes, preferably in fashion retail/luxury environments, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
