Your Role: Sales Manager - All Market SegmentsAs a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to attract new business and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various segments, including corporate, leisure, events, and meetings.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored sales plans for each hotel brand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve ambitious revenue targets by securing new bookings and maximizing existing account potential.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate favorable contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Representation: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insightful reports to management.
• Grade 12 or equivalent education. • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management is highly desirable.
