Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Pole To Win International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow new business revenue within the video games industry, specifically Player Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities and close new sales
- Work closely with the delivery teams to create effective solutions for each new client
- Identify new prospective clients and develop sales development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Qualify all sales leads, provide value/benefit assessments, and generate plans to close
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through building strong client relationships
- Experience selling customer services, outsourcing services, or adjacent services to different stakeholders at all levels of target organizations
- Knowledge of Player/Customer Support Management with a large network of Player Support contacts in the gaming industry
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills with strong experience with spreadsheets, word processing, and sales CRM tools
