Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our products effectively
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or channel partner management
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the healthcare market and our products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time, with occasional international travel
