Commercial Manager Europe

Join our team at Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes as a Commercial Manager Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our luxury establishments on European markets, with a focus on France, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and the Benelux region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain commercial relationships with individual luxury clients in Europe.
  • Promote our luxury hotels, including Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic and Gray d'Albion Cannes, Carl Gustaf in Saint-Barthélemy, and Hôtel Barrière Les Neiges in Courchevel, to key players in the high-end hospitality sector.
  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Regularly travel to target markets to meet clients and develop our commercial presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales director of the hotelier pole and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A results-oriented approach, with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Geographic mobility and availability for frequent travel to target markets.
  • Fluency in English and French, with any additional European language being an asset.
