Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Paris Society. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure a warm and welcoming arrival experience for all guests
    • Provide personalized attention and support to guests throughout their stay
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests to ensure a memorable experience
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
    • Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
    • Support the team in achieving our goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
