Front Desk Coordinator and Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator and Project Manager to join our team at Tunon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and coordinating projects to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage guest requests and special needs, ensuring that they are met with a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist with the setup and management of breakfast services.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist with the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
