Customer Success Account Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization, and driving adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes and account priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals
• Identify and mitigate blockers to consumption through data analysis and customer feedback
• Partner with customers to proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimize usage, and drive adoption
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
• OR Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
• OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry
• Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification
• Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification
• Prosci or equivalent certification
