Digital Senior Product Manager

Schneider Electric, a global technology company, is seeking a Digital Customer Experience Manager to join its Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team.
The ideal candidate will utilize customer insights to analyze interactions across different touchpoints and drive improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Global Marketing team, Countries, Operations, and Sales to implement digital experience initiatives that differentiate the company brand from the market.
- Deploying digital initiatives across countries/channels with the support of the team.
- Defining strategies to optimize digital tools deployment process and ensure adoption enablers are properly implemented by countries.
- Tracking metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and Returning Active Users (RAU), assessing countries' performance, and proposing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Developing training programs to empower internal stakeholders on the digital experience.
- Participating in customer events, defining and implementing a communication framework for presenting digital experiences, and retrieving customers' feedback and leads.
- Working closely with the e-commerce team to support their initiatives and increase sales growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customers' needs and be able to make data-driven decisions. They will also be responsible for assessing the effort and budget required for digital transformation analysis and follow-up, as well as ensuring reporting to senior leaders.
