About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and market leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B marketing, strategy, and innovation within the food ingredients and life sciences industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global marketing strategies and plans to drive business growth and market leadership.
- Analyze market data and develop insights to identify key opportunities and craft actionable recommendations.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- 15+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, strategy, and innovation within the food ingredients and life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and market leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from large data sets.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related technical degree.
