Role Overview

We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer who is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction by collaborating closely with the sales team as a technical authority. This role involves assisting potential and existing clients in comprehending our products and services, addressing technical inquiries, and providing tailored demonstrations to illustrate how our solutions can meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical expert for Wallbox products, collaborating with account teams to identify and resolve customer technical challenges.
  • Facilitate positive customer experiences during product demonstrations to assist the sales team in closing deals.
  • Work in conjunction with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless transitions from prospects to satisfied customers.
  • Contribute to market analysis and competitor insights during the development process.
  • Create and maintain technical training materials in partnership with Marketing and Services to keep customers informed about updates and solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of customer information using company systems.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales team during customer meetings, with travel as necessary.
  • Engage directly with key accounts to address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that Wallbox Partners consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Support and strengthen the Wallbox Partners Network.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Wallbox solutions and their integration with third-party systems.
  • Identify and rectify issues within the Wallbox Partner Network promptly.
  • Address and resolve any product-related concerns.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality assurance standards.
  • Assist the Tenders team as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales or consultative technical sales within electric vehicles, renewable energy, or electronic components.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in electric vehicles and renewable energy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to learn independently.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience working closely with end-users in a consulting or support capacity.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
