Sales Director

Accor is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at the Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to optimize business performance by aligning sold business with the hotel's yield management strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business strategies that align with Accor's overall mission, vision, values, and strategies.
- Monitor market and competitor activity, conduct research to identify sales opportunities, and negotiate contracts with key customers.
- Design and propose programs that meet client needs and maintain relationships with key partners and develop new accounts.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in MICE, Corporates, and DMCs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluency in English and other languages is preferred
- Knowledge of quality certification processes
- Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment
